Providence Everett Medical Center - Acute Care Tower & Central Utility Plant (Design-Assist). New hospital tower with additional rooms and high-tech wiring. Two new parking garages also will be built.
Good Samaritan Hospital - Patient Care Tower & Central Utility Plant (Design-Assist). Consists of a nine story, roughly 350,000 sq.ft. hospital tower, a central utility plant upgraded with a connecting tunnel between the CUP and the new hospital building, and a parking garage with roughly 516 parking stalls.
Buildings 26 & 32 - Three new office buildings located in South Lake Union.
