My role as coach and leader keeping our team focused on safety, helping assure the health and well-being of our employees and friends, and sharing ideas that enact change for the overall betterment of the construction industry is truly the best job I’ve ever had. There is nothing like the feeling that you’re helping protect the lives of hundreds of people and the thousands more that depend on them.
