Governor Jay Inslee, State Representative Alex Ramel, and leaders from the Port of Bellingham joined UMC’s Steve Brooks, P.E., Scott Locke, PE, LEED AP, and our partners at CORIX Group of Companies (U.S.) on May 23 to show progress on the district thermal energy system, a key piece of the Bellingham Waterfront’s infrastructure renewal.
