Hailee Gough recently joined UMC’s Special Projects Group as a Project Engineer. In her role she will be supporting Fred Hutch Cancer Center by coordinating with the field, communicating with vendors, providing estimating support, as well as maintaining and creating project records/document control on jobsites (submittals, RFIs, O&Ms, CO’s, drawing logs) while continuing to learn about the ins/outs of managing in the industry.
Gough has her OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 30 certification and spent two years as a project engineer followed by a year and a half in the marketing department developing proposals at a mid-sized mechanical contractor. Her experience working in a variety of project market and sizes including education, office, residential, and tenant improvements gives her a competitive advantage as she begins developing relationships with our clients.
Additionally, Gough has ten years of experience in the service industry, Gough developed her interpersonal skills and honed her ability to remain organized in chaotic and stressful environments. Gough believes that being adaptable creates meaningful and lasting working relationships and improves communication and processes to inspire efficiency and effectiveness.
Out of the office, you can find Gough watching or playing soccer (go Sounders!), hitting the slopes in the winter, camping, gardening, and spending as much time with her pit bulls, Appa and Beelzebub as she can.
