Jennifer Selliken joins UMC’s Facility Service Group as Customer Service Manager

Jennifer Selliken recently joined UMC as Customer Service Manager within the Facility Services group. In her role, she will be involved in and responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service as well as dispatch of our HVAC and plumbing service technicians.

Selliken brings 19 years of experience managing large customer service-based businesses and nine years as a successful Security Account Representative for a global security system supplier. Her dedication to her clients is fueled by her understanding that details come first and foremost, followed closely by her love of learning and collaborating to find the most efficient solutions for each situation in front of her.

In her spare time, Selliken spends her time with friends, family, her fiancé and two dogs BBQing, boating, watching football, and relaxing on movie nights.
