Joe Golden recently joined UMC’s Facility Services Group as a Customer Service Representative. In his role, he develops lasting relationships and provides unique solutions for his clients.
Golden has more than 10 years of customer service experience and has a wealth of knowledge in different environments that have rounded out his communication and interpersonal skills. With his genuine interest in people and their stories, Golden has an innate ability to connect the why and what a client needs seamlessly. Most recently, he spent four years with Urban Renaissance Group as a building engineer working on HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning), plumbing, controls, and electrical systems as well as working through Project Management Institute's (PMI’s) introduction to project management series.
A lifelong learner, Golden has attained an EPA 608 Universal certification, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Click Safety certification, Class C, Seattle Refrigeration Operators license, and completed TPC’s Introduction to Reading Blueprints.
When he is not in the office, he enjoys running, cooking, and all manner of professional sports (go, Mariners!). More than adventures, he loves spending every moment he can with his beautiful little family: wife Esther, and Daughter Mabel.
