UMC’s Major Projects Group recently commemorated a new project milestone! As part of a collaborative effort, the team reached the top of a seven-story building in Kirkland. Crews took part in festivities by sharing a hot meal, winning raffle prizes, and celebrating a prosperous partnership.
This was the first ground-up construction project for our client in the state of Washington and took approximately two years. At the jobsite, we chatted with Senior Project Manager Mike Crook to investigate what he values most in his work. Check out scenes from the topping-out ceremony in our video.
