Paccar Environmental Technology Building (PETB)

96,000 SF clean technology laboratory building in on Washington State University campus in Pullman, Washington. The PETB is constructed with many renewable materials, including wood composites, recycled concrete, and pervious pavement.

This new facility is dedicated to interdisciplinary cleantech development and incorporates technologies developed at WSU including water capture and reuse, heat recovery, individual control of air quality factors, maximized daylighting, and optimal siting and incorporation into its landscape. These and many other features make PETB one of the “greenest” facilities built to date on the WSU Pullman campus, and it stands as a further testament that WSU will continue to be a cornerstone of the cleantech economy for years to come.
