Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Bezo’s Family Immunotherapy Clinic
Build-out of a new immunotherapy clinic within the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) building that includes 15 patient treatment rooms, prep lab, and office space. UMC partnered with ZGF, Lease Crutcher Lewis (LCL), and Affiliated Engineers (AEI) to shave two months off of the original schedule in pursuit of providing cutting-edge treatment sooner.
While demolition and other site prep activities were happening, UMC worked with LCL and hosted electrical and framing subcontractors in our facility to fabricate fully assembled and tested interior walls. These efforts allowed the site to move from a shell space with no demising walls on a Friday, to an assembled floor ready for plumbing inspection the following Tuesday.
