Aden has been a key partner in the growth and leadership of UMC’s industrial market segment throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has led some of our most technical and demanding projects. As the Industrial Group Manager, he leads and oversees the development of the team members, clients, and strategic growth of the business. He believes that planning, hard work, and attention to detail is mechanical poetry in motion when a job is executed seamlessly.
