Drawn to the intersection of marketing and business development, Leah guides UMC’s teams through the pursuit process, helps develop meaningful messages that resonate with clients, and creates experiences to help build relationships. She brings 20+ years of experience as a professional services marketer and a specialized skill set with AEC industry experience. With activities such as proposal development, creation of marketing collateral, event planning, and interview coaching, Leah excels in identifying opportunities to create cohesive, compelling experiences framed by the built environment. A natural creative, Leah loves seeking out what has never been done, just ask her about her DIY’d house that would rival Chip and Joanna’s Fixer Upper.
