I’ve had a long career of taking businesses to new heights in revenue and equity. I thrive on working to drive change and process improvements that make companies better. For me, it’s really a success strategy (both business and personal), because there are no guarantees that what works today, will work tomorrow. At UMC, I love the people dimension of my work.
