UMC's journey, from its humble beginnings in 1920 to becoming an industry leader, has been fueled by the unwavering dedication of its people. In recent years, we have made significant investments in our personnel, including project executives, project managers, engineers, and support staff. In 2022, we further strengthened our manufacturing capabilities by opening a state-of-the-art facility spanning 95,000 square feet, effectively doubling our production capacity compared to 2019. Despite the volatility in the commercial market this year, which led to the cancellation or postponement of some of our booked projects, we are proud of the recent acquisition of two key medical projects. These projects help fill a portion of the work we expected this year and beyond. Our abundant resources position us well to embrace new opportunities.
