UMC is proud to announce that Ashley Di Cristina, Marketing Strategist has been awarded the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Seattle Fellows Amplify A/E/C Scholarship to attend the 2024 Amplify conference in Salt Lake City, UT.
An active member of SMPS, Ashley has been a member of SMPS since 2016. She is the Roundtable Chair on the Professional Development committee, connecting people with similar roles and interests to roundtables within SMPS Seattle.
“Attending Amplify will help hone my skills while forging relationships that will continuously take my career to the next level,” said Ashley. “This is not a career that one can develop on one's own accord but requires the support and mentorship of others in and around the AEC industry. There is a constant need to better ourselves as well as our companies, and I believe that Amplify can provide just that!”
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP:
Attending the Amplify A|E|C - formally known as Build Business - national conference contributed to the long-term success of our Chapter’s six Fellows: Karleen Belmont, Victoria Cooper, Kenda Salisbury, Ted Sive, Bill Strong, and Carla Thompson. Eager to share that experience, they worked with Seattle Chapter leaders to create this exclusive scholarship so that other SMPS Seattle members have access to the same opportunity. This generous scholarship of up to $3,000 covers the majority of the expenses to attend the conference.
