Chelsey Becker recently joined UMC's Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator. In her role, she assists the team with a variety of projects including all aspects of the proposal process, CRM (Client Relationship Management) data entry, and overall pursuit support including event coordination and marketing collateral development.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington Tacoma, Becker’s career began in 2011 as a store manager for Target Corporation. She oversaw all aspects of managing a retail location including sales, customer service management, and coordination. In 2018, she made the move to Barehanded Solutions, a staffing company, where she oversaw Human Resources and other aspects of general business operations.
Becker brings a variety of experiences to her new role and is always looking for ways to improve processes and add value. She prides herself on a strong work ethic and focuses on streamlining work to achieve efficiency.
When she’s not at her desk, you can find her chasing her toddler and 12-year-old yellow lab or enjoying time outdoors at the beach.
