Conner Foster recently joined UMC’s Industrial Group as a Project Manager. In his role, Foster will work with field teams, vendors, and clients to deliver efficient, innovative HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and plumbing systems throughout the Pacific Northwest.

“UMC Industrial Group is excited to bring Connor on board our team,” said UMC’s Industrial Group Director, Aden Rich. “His previous background has been with home construction and custom homes; yet Connor has deep family ties to heavy industrial work. Coming from Texas where a large portion of his family resides, he has worked in the refineries as an electrician’s apprentice. Connor has lots of drive and enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge. He gets excited about large-scale, heavy industrial projects, which is what we are all excited about in our group."

With a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M, Foster has worked around construction sites his entire life. He has touched every aspect of jobsites from trim carpentry to electrical work on jobsites of all shapes and sizes. Most recently, Foster worked for Habitat for Humanity building affordable housing in King County, and prior to Habitat he was building luxury custom homes in Kirkland, WA.

Foster is an ambitious go-getter and prides himself on completing tasks efficiently and collaboratively. He is passionate about making a positive impact in his community through his construction skills and dedication.
