Levi Holmen joined the Special Projects Group as Project Manager. In this role, he will work with field teams, vendors, and clients to deliver efficient, innovative HVAC and plumbing systems.

After completing the HVAC Career Training Program at Renton Technical College and a five-year Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) apprenticeship with the Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee (JATC), Holmen spent three years installing and repairing HVAC systems and eight years in project management focusing on TAB in commercial and industrial facilities. Holmen holds the following certificates TAB Journeyman, Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEEB) Technician Certified, and OSHA 30.

Throughout his impressive career, Holmen has been involved in some of the most interesting TAB projects throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as around the world: Amazon Blocks 14 & 19, Lilly Pharmaceuticals and Lake Navy Base in China, Marine Barracks in Cuba Guantanamo Bay, and a Marine Kitchen & Gym in Guam.

When he is not collaborating with our partners and clients, Holmen enjoys metal working, playing guitar, brewing beer, traveling, and hitting the slopes.
