Clarence Clipper joined UMC as the Facility Services Director to develop and maintain a scalable service deliverable that will streamline UMC’s processes and support our growth within the Facility Services Group.
UMC welcomed John Fromong to the human resources department as a Senior HR Generalist to serve as an administrator of workforce management and other key HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance coaching, employee engagement, and backup support to benefits and training.
Patrick Kinney, MBA, PE, CEM, CBCP, joined UMC’s Energy + Environment group as a Senior Project Developer to provide the group with expanded District Energy expertise.
Tracy Ballweber joined UMC’s Industrial Group as a Business Development Manager responsible for procuring industrial mechanical construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest
UMC promoted Justin Cobb, CEM, PMP to the Sales Manager position. He will be responsible for harnessing scalable deliverables to streamline UMC’s processes and support growth in both our sales and facility services group.
UMC welcomed Kirk Mansanarez as Sheet Metal Prefabrication Director who is tasked with expanding our sheet metal offerings. Kirk joins us with more than three decades of experience leading teams and a wealth of expertise in duct manufacturing.
